We are currently seeking a vigilant and experienced CCTV Monitoring Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in CCTV monitoring companies, preferably in supermarts, brand stores, or the retail industry. The candidate should be at least 21 years of age, with a minimum education level of intermediate or higher. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure the safety and security of premises and assets.
- Maintain constant surveillance of designated areas, identifying any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including contacting the appropriate authorities when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of events and incidents, including maintaining an incident log.
- Operate and navigate CCTV systems and related equipment effectively.
- Perform regular checks and inspections of CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or technical issues to the relevant department.
- Collaborate with security personnel and other team members to address security concerns.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing recorded footage as part of investigations.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding security incidents.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in CCTV monitoring companies, preferably in supermarts, brand stores, or the retail industry.
- Age of at least 21 years or above.
- Intermediate education level or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, equipment, and operation.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and relevant software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ethical and trustworthy conduct with a strong sense of responsibility.
