MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of hotel training in line with Ascott and Hotel Policy and Procedure. Develop and maintain training resources and implement systems that promote growth and development and ensure we deliver the promise to all stake holders. Recruiting new associates according to headcount budget.
1. Update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information.

2. Assist all departmental trainers if necessary with their training.

3. Organize reward and certification programs.

4. Keep records of each individual associate on every training he/she attended of the hotel.

5. Create competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge.

6. Organize in coordination with Manager of HR and Department Heads’ approved cross-training.

7. Coordinate departmental cross-training.

8. Facilitate total quality management.

9. Analyze training needs and deficiency.

10. Facilitate on request feedback sessions. Promote and train all associates.

11. Manage training and development.

12. Develop plans to conduct needs analyses and in-house training on a regular basis.

13. Design and maintain hotel training records or legislative on a regular basis.

14. Develop tools and systems to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives.

15. Develop methods for evaluating cost-effectiveness of training programs.

16. Ensure that training and development are integrated into business plans and budgets, and targeted goals are identified and monitored.

17. Take part in the preparation and planning of department/unit/outlet goals and objectives.

18. Participate in the preparation of operating plans.

19. Monitor information and trends in the industry.

20. Consider political and social influences on business.

21. Discipline associates.

22. Determine and plan for future staffing needs.

23. Recruit associates.

24. Manage associates training and development using the Ascott Human Resources Management System.

25. Manage the planning and delivery of orientation programs.

26. Implement associates performance appraisals.

27. Provide ongoing advice and support to associates under your supervision.

28. Implement appropriate management practices that provide associates motivation and communication.

29. Provide one to one instruction to associates when required.

30. Manage cross cultural communication.

31. Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Ascott standards.

32. Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.

33. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.

34. Manage the completion of monthly and ongoing training reports.

35. Provide information as required regarding training records and attendance.

36. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.

37. Other tasks as assigned

University and above
Minimum 1-2 years relevant training & recruitment experience.
Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct associates and managers to meet desired ends.
Ability to manage by example.
Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain associate and guest confidentiality at all times.
Ability to create, implement and monitor hotel and associates goals, strategies and policies.
