To strengthen the MM Board&Paper team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Business Process Manager "Production Planning" (m/f/d) .
Your Role
- You define, develop, optimize and standardize the production planning processes
- You take a lead role for "Production Planning" in our current IT-landscape with SAP S/4 HANA and local MES implementation program
- You continously improve and drive the global planning strategy to customers, logistics partners and internal infrastructure
- You collect and document requirements from key users and find technical solutions with our IT and external vendors as well as coordinating the testing after the implementation
- You conduct workshops to identify and decide on improvement potentials
- You advise business team members on best practices employed globally within the industry
- You create process documentations (blueprints, process designs) and training documents for key users
Your Profile
- You have completed your studies in a technical field, ideally in industrial engineering, paper technologies or similar fields
- You already gained 3 years of experience in leading process, project or change management, ideally in paper industry or similar process industry
- You are experienced in working with ERP (preferable SAP), production planning software (OMP), MES, MS Office, ticket systems
- You ideally holding certificates of Six Sigma, Project and Process Management or other Opex Initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Management, TPM, etc.)
- You have a good ability to understand, evaluate and improve business processes in a manufacturing company
- You have expertise to structure decisions, moderate workshops, balance conflicting interest of stakeholders from various levels (shopfloor level to top management)
- You like to coordinate a team consisting of people with different educational background (IT Developers, Industrial Engineers, Software Engineers, Economists) from different nationalities and cultures

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
