Job Highlights- 1+ years of experience in a Translation and/or Transcription company
- Excellent communication skills in English/Mandarin
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in the field of translation or relevant subjects
- Mainly responsible for the entire production cycle of Mandarin projects assigned to internal employees, independent contractors, and vendors
- Directly manages recruitment, training, support, scheduling, evaluation of both transcription and translation resources
- Coordinates with and project manages global teams covering Transcription and Translation requirements for English, Mandarin, and other languages as required.
- Handles multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain good relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, internal and external employees.
- Review transcription/translation process and products per interval
- Excellent communication skills in both English and native level of Mandarin (Simplified characters/Traditional Chinese characters)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of translation or relevant subjects
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- More than 1 year of experience in a translation company
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment
- Willing to learn new things, and be open to challenges
