Job Description

At ttg Talent Solutions we are looking for a Retention Specialist to join one of our amazing clients. You will be in charge of providing support to the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company. Negotiate with the insureds and provide them with different alternatives or options within our plans to retain the customer.

Basic Functions:

  • Attend and satisfy the requirements of the agents or insureds by email or by telephone
  • Send an email to each agency reminding them that Renewal Notices have been sent to their clients and ask if they have any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, with details of why some insureds chose not to renew, if applicable.
  • Telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related degree
  • English 90%
  • Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance.
  • Experience in Quality Customer Service.
  • Knowledge and good use of utilities
  • Proactivity
  • Effective Communication, expressing and communicating correctly and clearly orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under pressure with closing dates.
  • Dynamism – Energy.
  • Ability to work under pressure with closing dates.

  • Ability to handle interpersonal relationships.
  • Follow oral and written instructions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
