Metro Web Technologies is urgently hiring Male/Female Candidates as Business Development - Intern for evening shift. The candidate will be responsible for securing projects from different freelancing portals.
Timings:
Evening: 05:00 p.m. – 01:00 a.m.
Base Salary: Up to PKR 25,000
Job Description:
Bidding and sending proposals on different platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, PPH etc.
Understanding clients’ needs and sending proposals to the existing and potential clients.
Generating leads, drafting proposals, positively interacting and negotiating with clients, and successfully closing the sales deals.
Getting projects by maintaining consistent communication with the existing and potential clients.
Actively collaborating and planning with management to develop new strategies for achieving short- and long-term sales goals.
Requirements:
Minimum “A levels” or fresh graduates (Sales background is preferred)
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to handle the pressure of sales target
Ability to maintain a high rating on all bidding platforms
Must be capable of converting prospects to customers/clients
