The Company's Dublin site is looking to hire a Service Administrator to join our internal sales & support team. The role will be required to work closely and report to the service manager and service supervisor. Developing reports for management on the overall performance of business segments and developing metrics and KPI's to measure various characteristics of the business and the operating departments.Service Invoicing * Run delivery notes at month end * Scan all correspondence to UK for invoicing * Update order book / forecast * File delivery notes * File all sales ordersService Sales * Customer enquiries telephone * Customer enquiries email * Order processing for the service department * Liaising with the finance department if accounts are on hold * Assist credit control with queries * Taking credit card details / payments * Generating, inputting & receipt of PO's * Generate customer quotations for parts and pump sales * Once approval of quotation, clarification of availability of product * Generate repair report & email customers. * Raise Steeb orders for pumps and parts * Follow up on quotations to transfer to orders * Use of Servicemax an advantageService Office Admin * All inputting of lodgements, credit transfers and credit cards * Distributing of invoices / franking * Raising and receipting of all operational purchase orders * Maintaining the departments Health & Safety LogsIf you would like to apply for the role please do contact me on the details below.Loren Rich | Delivery Consultant E:
