Employee Relations

  • Check and validate all SCM - Show Cause Memo to be endorsed by ER Specialist
  • Guidance and monitoring for Employee Relations
  • Maintaining Records of disciplinary actions
  • Validate the SCM and Notice of Decision for Local and Expat employees
  • Issuance of memorandum of erring employee (SCM)
  • Administer/assist Admin Hearing for internal cases
  • Creation and improvement of policies and flowcharts on Employee Relations concerns, among others
  • Maintain and update the HR Portal Gsuite by posting Common Do's and Don'ts related to Company Manual
  • Update from time to time, the Company Rules and Regulations and Employee Handbook
  • Accommodate employee, supervisor, and managers concerns in relation to Incident Reports
  • Collaborate with other departments, i.e. Compliance and Legal for all other Employee Related issues
  • Preparation and submission of necessary reports in a timely manner as needed by the management

Org. control

  • Maintaining employee 201 file records and documentations
  • Maintaining timeliness and accuracy of updating employee concerns with company
  • To manage and work with staff and their managers on performance management
  • Consolidate and communication of monthly and quarterly KPIs of employees
  • Consolidation of updated Organization Structure of each department and division
  • Prepares and analyze monthly report on manpower headcount, turnover and attrition
  • Providing employee records from time to time as needed
  • Attending to HR files audit
  • Create and improve HR organizational control policies and procedure
  • Continuous update and contribution to HR website portal
  • Create renewal of contracts for those talent with extension recommendation
  • Check and validate the renewal contracts for talents and EOC recommendation
  • Validate the PAN creation for salary increase, promotion, and regularization

Branch Coordination

  • Supervise all the company sites (Ecoplaza, Island Cove, and Techzone)
  • Delegating task to appropriate team members
  • Support activities for the branch including collating data and delivering accurate reporting
  • Use and maintain effective administrative support systems, guidelines, protocols, and procedures to ensure the implementation of consistent, safe, and efficient and effective operations across the branch

Other tasks

  • Support and assistance in company sponsored events, programs, and trainings
  • Maintain quality service by following company standards
  • Attend and actively participate in regular team meeting
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
  • Provide support and cover for the ITBO & Studio Manager when needed
  • Creation of announcement as requested by department heads
  • Assists the managers and co-department staff in performing general HR functions
  • Assists employees in whatever concerns relative to work and other concerns
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
  • Supervise and oversee the needs of employees in Ecoplaza, Island Cove, and Techzone

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Labor Laws of the Philippines, exposure and actual experience in Marketdata studies
  • Strong customer service experience, strong SME in benefits and health care regulations and legal matters
  • 3 to 5 yrs of experience in a human resource position or related
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices and standard laws
  • Possesses superb spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft word and excel including reporting skills as well as email and the internet
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
